Ilyich increases its share capital

It is reported that the shareholders of Mariupol Ilyich Steelworks, the major steel producer in Ukraine have approved the results of the additional share issue held in August. The share capital was increased by UAH 2.25 billion and now constitutes UAH 3.09 billion.
